Thank you so very much for all your help with our trip. I wanted to tell you that I was really impressed with the way you packaged our trip information. The carrying case was lovely and perfect; it helped us to keep all our important documents in one place. Also, the brochure/pamphlet that you prepared was really professional and invaluable. In short, both Gene and I agreed that your presentation and packaging was a class act. We had a really nice time. The grounds of Cuisinart were really beautiful. Once, again we had a great time in Anguilla; it was very relaxing and peaceful. We love it there. Gene and I even looked at some property while we were there. Although Cuisinart had more activities and sites on their grounds, the Cap Juluca staff was more personable and attentive. However, we really enjoyed several days at Cuisinart’s Spa. Hence, we will be going back to Anguilla in the future and we will call you to help us set it up. Again, thank you for everything and we were really impressed with how you put our package together. Stress Free
Trying to get the best price and the most for my money while being completely ignorant about destination weddings completely frustrated me. The fact that you knew who to contact and how to get the most for our money really took a load off my back. All I had to do was show up on time to walk down the isle.
I would tell other brides to leave it to you in contacting guests for payment, sit back, relax and wait for the memorable, stress free ride.

What frustrated me was getting all my guests on the same page travel-wise. Travel Genie Ken helped us by gathering all the info for our wedding and distributing it to all of our guests.

As we wanted to provide information to our guests early to allow for them to plan and prepare, other “large” travel agencies dismissed us, stating “your wedding is over a year away; you have plenty of time to plan, besides the rates are not available.” I found this very frustrating. You listened to our requests and were able put together a package to suit our needs.
Other brides should know that you will listen and do whatever it takes to make their day one that is memorable and stress free! This includes following up with guests, contacting the resort and ensuring travel documents are in place. (amongst many other things that you did to make sure we have a great wedding day and honeymoon like sing at our reception)

3 month 2011 trip to Asia, New Zealand and Tahiti
Ken, our ‘Travel Genie’, booked our vacation to Moorea for April 2011. We booked in December. We were on a deadline and we had a bit of a complicated request. We were arriving from Auckland, New Zealand to Tahiti and then going forward to LA, California. From the start Ken was attentive and extremely accommodating; working hard to meet our dates, requests and deadlines. He made sure everything was in place by December 30th. He went out of his way to deliver documents and contracts. Ken was efficient and professional. I felt comfortable in his care and the service he provided. Ken also provided a personal touch; he shared insights and experiences which put our minds at ease. Before we departed for Tahiti, Ken double checked and followed up with us via email. We were enroute to Christchurch, New Zealand right around the time of the unfortunate earthquake, Ken reached out to us, to make sure we were okay. Again, this is an example of his professionalism and personal touch. When we finally arrived in Papeete, everything fell into place; it was amazing. Ken had arranged every detail. I’d like to provide some details for any future customers interested in booking with Ken the Travel Gennie. We stayed at the intercontinental both in Papeete, Tahiti and in Moorea. The pick up from the Airport to the hotel as well as from hotel to ferries were all prearranged, making it a truly ‘worry free’ holiday. I have the distinction of being the “Travel Genie’s” first destination wedding at the Ocean Club on Paradise Island Bahamas in May 1997.
